Hi! I’m Shay, and I help women in sales connect to the wisdom of their bodies so they can feel better and sell more. In my one on one coaching, I offer a 3 phase framework that helps women heal their nervous systems and connect to their own personal power through embodiment work so that they can experience consistent sales success in a way that is sustainable. With over 18 years of sales experience, I know firsthand how much of an emotional rollercoaster sales can be and how great of an impact our inner world has on our outer success. I created The Embodied Sales Pathway™ to help women achieve personal, professional and financial abundance by exploring the wisdom of the world within their bodies - most often a world wildly unexplored. So, what does Embodiment even mean?
Embodiment is the practice of living, leading, and making decisions from within the body, not just the mind. It’s about learning to listen to your nervous system, your heart, your emotions, and internal cues instead of overriding them through overthinking, pushing, or performing.
When you’re embodied, you feel more grounded, clear, and self-trusting. Decisions become easier. Boundaries feel more natural. You expand your capacity to feel pleasure and joy. Confidence comes from presence rather than effort, and resilience is something you can feel in your body, not something you pretend to have.
